July 2020 Treasury — Wow! Y'all are givers! — Thank you!

As promised, our July 2020 treasury report is closed and has been posted to our BDA Workshops fundraising page at

The amount of this month's distributions to the GSB and BDA Intergroup are $639.03 each, combined contributions to both of $1,278.06 proceeds on total July income of $1,980.55.

These generous distributions to the service structure are despite this being our largest expense month, having reimbursed Bill for $650 for conference-approved DA and BDA literature, plus the related shipping from GSO and to workshop participants. NOTE: Outgoing postage costs are coming in higher than anticipated, so we will likely owe Bill a second reimbursement, likely no more than $50-$100, between now and December. We also paid $52.49 in online transaction fees this months.

Thank you to everyone for your generosity and for your wonderful participation in these workshops. Please review the report at and let us know if you have any questions.

Based on these first-month results, we are going to suggest to BDA Intergroup tomorrow that our monthly distributions to them will likely be $600 average per month, along with the same amount to the GSB. Please be sure to put your workshop contributions in your spending plans.

Today's introduction of study buddies was successful, I think, if not smooth. Please provide feedback by email (not comments to this post) if you have any. Thank you to everyone for your participation!

These series of workshops are being presented not only to serve our DA and BDA community but also to perform grassroots fundraising services, with all post-expense proceeds to be distributed to the BDA Intergroup Startup Project each month, for their use in providing free conference-approved literature and performing outreach.

Please SUBSCRIBE to receive details about the current and future workshop cycles and series. The 12 Step registration process is on our home page.
