By group conscience, and based on availability of earmarked funds, we buy and ship physical copies of both of DA and BDA's conference-approved books to anyone who asks for them, anywhere in the world, at no cost to them. 

We can purchase and provide claim codes for eBooks on Amazon's Kindle app if requested instead of physical literature but, unfortunately, only in the US, unless Amazon changes its policies on delivery of eBooks between countries and continents.
